Are you buying a new home? This is for you and is the majority of what I do. I will go through the house and look at the various components to ensure you are informed of its condition. I want you to be able to make an informed decision before you commit to such an expensive investment.
Seller's Home Inspections
If you are thinking about listing your home for sale and want to make sure there are no surprises when the buyer's inspector comes, this is for you. I treat this like I would the buyer's inspection and thoroughly investigate your house for items that might need correcting before it goes up for sale.
Commercial Inspections
If you are thinking about purchasing a property to start or move your business, this is for you. I go through the property and investigate the various components to make sure you do not begin your business in the red.
