Check out a few of my past inspections to see what to expect from one of my reports. I always aim for clarity--what good is a report if you can't read it?

Single-Family Home

This is the most common type of inspection I do. Houses vary in complexity and deficiencies, but this file provides one example of an inspection I completed. This older house had a crawlspace and had been remodeled recently.

Pre-Drywall
(New Construction)

Since the final inspection only addresses items that are visible, some clients choose to inspect before possible defects are covered up. Here is one sample of an inspection I did before the drywall was installed.

Commercial

This was an old storefront that I inspected for an investor. The downstairs had been used for years, but the upstairs was empty and barely accessible.
